At Web Consultancy we never guarantee positions on Google, Yahoo, BING or any other major search engine. All search engines are constantly changing their algorithms, and should this have a negative effect on a site, we do not accept responsibility for this. However, we WILL act as fast as possible to ensure what we do complies with the requirements of these algorithms. Under these circumstances, we will not issue refunds.
When a major algorithm change happens such as Penguin, Panda or more recently Hummingbird, we will need to alter our approach to match the criteria of the search engines, and this cannot be done overnight.
When such algorithm changes occur this can have a knock-on effect on the timescales and deadlines of work that is being carried out due to entire strategies having to be readjusted and deployed based on research into the behaviour of the newest algorithms.
